Welcome to Centennial Elementary School! I am delighted to introduce myself as Eric Rogers, the new Assistant Principal at Centennial Elementary. I am thrilled to join this vibrant community dedicated to the success and well-being of every student.

About Me: I am deeply committed to our students' success, guided by the motto: "Every child, every chance, every day." With a background rooted in education, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. My journey in education spans 8 years of classroom teaching and 2 years as a Dean of Students, experiences that have shaped my passion for fostering positive learning environments.

Personal Life: Outside of education, I am blessed with a wonderful family. My wife and I are proud parents to three amazing children. Our oldest is embarking on her journey at Nelson University in Texas this fall. My other two children will attend Higley High School. They continue to inspire me with their curiosity and determination.

Vision for Centennial Elementary: As Assistant Principal, I am eager to collaborate with our dedicated staff, engaged parents, and most importantly, our talented students—the Centennial Cardinals. Together, we will create an inclusive environment where every child can achieve their full potential. I am excited to embark on this journey with you all and look forward to meeting each member of our community.
