Parent Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

Drop Off Procedures

  1. Please stay in your car and pull forward to the front of the parent pick up/drop off staging area.
  2. Encourage your child quickly exit the car from the door closest to the building (not the middle of the drop off lanes) and go into the school through the front door. A staff member will be outside to help and direct kids up until 8:10 am each morning. If you are dropping your child off after 8:10 am please park your car and bring them into the building to sign them in. This is for your child’s safety and for our documentation.
  3. If you need to enter the school, please park your car in a parking space and come to the front of the building. Do not park in the parent pick up/drop off area. 

Pick Up Procedures

  1. Please stay in your car and pull forward to the front of the parent pick up/drop off staging area.
  2. As soon as your child is secure in the car please pull forward and exit the parking lot so other cars can pull forward and pick up their children.
  3. If you need to enter the school, please park your car in a parking space and come to the front of the building. Do not park in the parent pick up/drop off area.   

Fenceline Road Parking Lot

Parents using the Fenceline Rd entrance for drop-off or pick-up must park in a parking space and accompany students across walkway. The BUS LANE is strictly prohibited for use during Drop-off/Pick-up times, and must not be blocked by any vehicles. The FIRE LANE must also remain clear of vehicles. 

Handicap parking locations are reserved for parents/visitors with an Arizona Issued Disability Permit Only.
