Higley Unified School District now uses ParentSquare as its unified communication platform for school, district, and classroom updates. Families can receive messages by email, text, phone, or through the free ParentSquare app, making it easier than ever to stay informed and connected.

Free Summer Meals for Kids & Teens
All Arizona children and teens (18 and under) can receive free meals all summer at participating sites across the state. Meals vary by location and may include breakfast, lunch, snacks, or supper. No sign-up needed, just attend during scheduled meal times. Do you love your school? We want you to brag about it! Leave a positive review of your school on Google, or your favorite school rating website and share the reasons you love your school.
Or, give a Staff Shout Out! Submit our online form and tell us about your excellent customer service experience, and they will be presented with a Shout Out Certificate and recognized in front of their peers.

HUSD Governing Board Meeting Schedule
The Higley Unified School District Governing Board meeting schedule can be found on the district website at husd.org/board-meetings. The public is welcome to attend all board meetings. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the meetings. Board Business Meetings and Work Study Sessions are livestreamed on the district YouTube channel. Please note, Points of Pride, Higley Adventures, and Requests to Speak are not included during the Work Study meetings.

Every school campus received an “A” letter grade, and numerous awards and accolades across the district worth celebrating.

Each year, one teacher from every school across the district is honored after being selected through a nomination process as their school’s Teacher of the Year.
